I’m Lori Bennett, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with a background in recreational sports, including boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Taekwondo, and weight lifting/ body building. I believe in prioritizing health through fitness and food without losing out on fun and flavor. I want to help you be the stronger, higher performing version of yourself by acknowledging your specific goals. Managing your nutrition and exercising regularly helps to gain strength, lower body fat percentage, gain muscle mass, and increased bone density, which has the added benefit of a healthier body, and more athletic, and trimmer, more toned figure.
